Make the Move to Google Analytics 4
Google announced that all Google Analytics 3 / Universal Analytics accounts will stop processing data on July 1, 2023.[1]
There are 25 days until Google Analytics 3 shuts down.
That means before then, you MUST make start your Google Analytics 4 migration – and the sooner you do it, the better off you’ll be. Why? Because when you switch to Google Analytics 4, your old data does not go with you. So the sooner you migrate, the sooner you’ll have year over year data.
How do you know which version of Google Analytics you’re using? Look at the left-hand menu:
